Tokenly is an early product. This notice explains the limited data handled by this website and the synthetic demonstration workspace. It does not describe a future customer deployment or employee-data program.

What the website collects

• A work email address when you request early access.
• The form location, submission time, and a retention deadline.
• Minimal technical request data used to prevent abuse and operate the site.

The public demo uses synthetic demonstration data. It does not ingest prompt content, employee messages, customer tickets, or live company records.

Why it is used

Early-access information is used only to evaluate and follow up on potential design-partner pilots, protect the form from abuse, and understand whether the product story is useful. It is not sold or used for employee advertising profiles.

Retention and processors

Lead records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Hosting and database infrastructure provided by Vercel and Supabase may process the technical data needed to deliver the site and store a request. Their own service terms and security practices also apply.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@tokenly.space. Do not send confidential company data, prompts, credentials, or regulated personal data through the public early-access form.

Changes

This notice will be updated before Tokenly accepts real customer workflow data or materially changes its processors, analytics, retention, or product scope.
