These terms cover the Tokenly website, early-access form, and public product demonstration. By using them, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.

Early product status

Tokenly is an evolving product concept. The workspace contains synthetic demonstration data and does not represent a production deployment, customer result, integration guarantee, or generally available service.

No reliance

Demonstration metrics, recommendations, and automation-readiness scores are illustrative. They are not professional, financial, employment, or legal advice. Do not use them to make consequential decisions about a person or organization.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, overload, bypass, or disrupt site security or rate limits.
• Do not submit credentials, secrets, prompt content, or regulated data.
• Do not misrepresent synthetic demo output as verified business evidence.

Intellectual property

Tokenly's original product copy, interface, and brand elements remain protected by applicable law. Open-source dependencies retain their own licenses and notices. Third-party names shown in the connection roadmap belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or a live integration.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis while the product is being tested. Features may change or be removed. To the extent permitted by law, Tokenly is not liable for decisions made from demonstration output or temporary unavailability.
